Testing the adidas Ubersonic 2.0 Roland Garros for 5 months- are they any good?

We reviewed the new adidas Adizero Ubersonic 2.0 at the same time the french open started at Roland Garros.

I made this video some 4 months ago & played with the Adidas Ubersonic on all of my many clay court matches during the summer. So,  I thought it's a good moment to update you on how I think the trainer fared during my clay court season. Have a look at the below pictures:

No major signs of wear and tear after some tough heavy duty work on clay.

The Adiwear 6 sole is a tough one to wear down. This is how it looks like after a few weeks playing.

The abrasion-resistant ADITUFF™ wraps around the toe and medial forefoot to help protect against foot drag that occurs during serves, volleys and extreme lateral movements. No visisble damage seen either - this is really tough  & long lasting material.

I'm quite impressed about this shoe. My overall verdict is that the adidas Ubersonic 2.0 is simply amazing. The sole is pretty tough and does not wear easily. I can play for hours on clay & still I feel the shoes are up for it.

adidas is sponsoring tennis Brothers & have provided us with these tennis shoes. However the writing of this post was entirely our own idea. As always all thoughts and opinions are our own and honest.
